Job Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective learning and training strategies to support business objectives.
- Conduct needs analysis and collaborate with managers to determine training needs and development plans.
- Design and deliver training programs, including training manuals, reference materials, and multimedia aids.
- Manage and coordinate training activities, including mandatory and non-mandatory training.
- Research and select external trainers and consultants to deliver specialized training.
- Work with line managers to identify and develop high-potential staff for fast-track growth and retention.
- Perform training analysis and evaluation as required.
- Develop and manage the annual training budget in collaboration with HR and Finance.
- Assist in evaluating and recommending assessment tools.
- Lead specific development projects from start to finish.
- Experience in training and development, preferably in a matrix organization.
- Strong interest in training and development topics, with a background in economics, business, or marketing.
- High level of planning and organizational skills.
- Extensive knowledge of training methods, instructional practices, and development tools.
- Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Orientation to continuous improvement and customer service.
- Ability to exercise discretion and good judgment.
- Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in MS-Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
The position is based in Vado Ligure, Italy.
