Position Overview

The Client Relationship Manager is pivotal in driving business growth by pinpointing opportunities for expansion, crafting strategic initiatives, and negotiating financial plans with collaborators. By conducting thorough market evaluations and competitor analyses, they significantly contribute to the innovation of new offerings. This role encompasses the coordination of customized training programs, commercial strategies, and the cultivation of partnerships. Furthermore, the Client Relationship Manager is essential in energizing collaborations, tracking business performance, and providing vital assistance to insurance specialists.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development and Prospecting

Identifies and suggests opportunities for growth Develops and formulates commercial and strategic leverage plans aligned with set objectives Engages in the formulation and negotiation of annual business development strategies and budgets with collaborators Conducts exploratory market research to uncover growth opportunities Collects data on existing contracts and financial arrangements of collaborators Aids in the presentation and formalization of proposals to potential partners alongside internal teams Produces reports on activities undertaken and results achieved

Market and Product Oversight

Contributes significantly to the process of new product development Analyzes competitive landscape, maintaining a continuous strategic overview Identifies distribution channels, partners, and potential service providers

Partner Relationship Management

Manages and enhances relationships with partners across all collaboration aspects Evaluates regional partner performance and develops customized annual training programs Conducts training on processes and products for partner networks and regional managers Proposes commercial strategies to regional areas, managers, and branches Plans and organizes business training schedules, coordinating training sessions with partners Oversees partner engagement Monitors business performance Advises insurance specialists in managing subscriptions and ensuring prompt customer support post-sale Selects inquiries to facilitate timely responses as needed Monitors processes to ensure effective support for the partner network

Training for Distribution Network

Organizes, manages, and coordinates training sessions for partners, adhering to regulatory standards Develops and delivers training materials for various objectives (e.g., product launches, regulatory implementations) Coordinates and conducts training sessions Collaborates with distributors and external providers to create and deliver online training modules Develops internal reports on training provided
