Position Overview

The Client Relationship Manager is pivotal in driving business growth by uncovering new opportunities, crafting strategic initiatives, and negotiating financial plans with stakeholders. Through thorough market research and competitor analysis, this role significantly contributes to the development of innovative products. The responsibilities include coordinating customized training programs, formulating commercial strategies, and nurturing partnerships. Furthermore, the Client Relationship Manager is essential in energizing collaborations, tracking business performance, and offering vital support to insurance specialists.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development/Prospecting

Identifies and suggests avenues for growth Develops and implements commercial strategies and key leverage plans aligned with established objectives Engages in the formulation and negotiation of annual business development strategies and budgets with stakeholders Conducts exploratory market research to pinpoint growth opportunities Collects data on existing contracts and financial arrangements of stakeholders Aids in the presentation and formalization of proposals to potential partners alongside internal teams Generates reports on activities undertaken and performance metrics achieved

Market/Product Oversight

Plays a crucial role in the product development lifecycle Conducts competitor analysis, maintaining a continuous strategic overview Identifies distribution channels, partners, and potential service providers

Partner Relationship Management

Manages and enhances relationships with partners across all collaboration aspects Evaluates regional performance of partners and develops tailored annual training initiatives Delivers training on processes and products to partner networks and regional managers Proposes commercial strategies to regional areas, managers, and branches Designs and schedules business training sessions, coordinating with partners Conducts oversight of partner activities Monitors business performance metrics Advises insurance specialists in managing client subscriptions and ensuring timely customer support post-sale Selects inquiries to facilitate responses as needed Oversees processes to ensure effective support to the partner network

Training for Distribution Network

Organizes, manages, and coordinates training sessions for partners, adhering to regulatory standards Develops and provides training materials for various objectives (e.g., product launches, new regulations) Coordinates and leads training sessions Collaborates with distributors and external providers to create and deliver online training modules Develops internal reports on training conducted
