The Position

In the role of Lead Client Relationship Manager at Deliveroo, you will cultivate and enhance partnerships with our key restaurant collaborators. As Deliveroo expands, we become an essential revenue stream for these establishments. Beyond providing exceptional support, we act as strategic advisors, leveraging data insights and industry expertise to foster the growth of our partner restaurants. This position focuses on the Italian market, collaborating with various internal departments (marketing, operations, product) to deliver optimal consultancy services to our premier brands. The Account Management team is a vibrant, enthusiastic group of professionals who excel at relationship building and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture robust, long-lasting relationships with restaurant partners.
  • Comprehend partners' business objectives and challenges to offer strategic advice and assistance.
  • Analyze and interpret data to drive growth and profitability for both partners and Deliveroo.
  • Work alongside internal teams to create and execute tailored solutions that address partners' requirements, including Marketing, Operations, Corporate, and Customer Service.
  • Enhance revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business prospects.
  • Serve as the primary contact for partners, promptly addressing any issues or concerns with professionalism.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management and/or consulting.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to grasp and articulate complex business challenges and devise customized solutions.
  • Fluency in both Italian and English is essential.
  • Master's Degree in Economics is preferred.
