**YOUR OBJECTIVE**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

  • Oversee and nurture CHEP's partnerships within a diverse customer portfolio.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth.
  • Establish and maintain connections with stakeholders at various levels within customers' supply chains, including procurement and marketing.
  • Formulate and execute collaborative strategic plans with key clients, focusing on growth, cost efficiency, sustainability, and operational ease.
  • Enhance customer experience and engagement.
  • Lead commercial tender and contract discussions with clients.
  • Implement a category and value proposition strategy tailored to your customer portfolio.
  • Discover and promote opportunities for collaborative transport initiatives aimed at growth and retention; execute sustainability strategies with clients in your portfolio.
  • Identify and apply FMS/LMS strategies with customers in your portfolio.
  • Negotiate with clients to resolve disputes and minimize Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
  • Collaborate with the retail team to develop action plans that increase CHEP's market share among retailers.
  • Conduct audits in accordance with CHEP's annual audit framework.
  • Utilize agile methodologies to devise innovative customer solutions and thrive in a matrix and remote work environment.

**QUALIFICATIONS WE SEEK**

  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing, field-based role.
  • A degree in business is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional networking, relationship-building, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient commercial negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with CHEP's value proposition.
  • Knowledge of supply chain mapping.
  • Proven negotiation skills with documented success.
  • Experience working with financial metrics and KPIs.
  • A collaborative team player capable of working independently.
