Client Relationship Executive

We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented professional to enhance our market strategy, focusing on the development and implementation of AXA Group's market offerings in Italy alongside the Distribution team.

In this client-facing role, your primary objective will be to cultivate and strengthen partnerships with clients and brokers, facilitating business growth while ensuring a premium client relationship experience.

As a Client Relationship Executive, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring retention, renewal, and the establishment of new partnerships, acting as the liaison between clients and the Underwriting and Operations teams.

The Client Relationship Executive is accountable for:

Client Management:

Independently managing client accounts by coordinating all services, enhancing and maintaining the company's relationships with both existing and prospective clients through proactive engagement initiatives. Utilizing industry insights and client data analysis to address client needs and uncover cross-selling opportunities. Expanding current accounts by identifying coverage gaps and recommending appropriate solutions. Boosting the profitability of existing product lines by encouraging clients to utilize value-added services. Seeking client solutions from a Group perspective. Ensuring timely and comprehensive interactions with clients and colleagues.

Knowledge Management:

Actively maintaining collaboration with the underwriting department by keeping them updated on relevant account information. Engaging with colleagues, researching, and staying informed about industry trends related to underwriting, appetite, and pricing adjustments.

You will report to the Head of Distribution & Market Strategy, Italy.

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and skills:

Familiarity with the insurance sector or demonstrated experience in the industry. Proficiency in both Italian and English. A data-driven mindset: leveraging technology and analytics to understand and anticipate client needs and behaviors. A systematic approach to business with analytical skills to develop and execute tailored business plans for market strategy initiatives. A client-centric focus: actively listening to and understanding client needs, providing customized advice and solutions, and acting as a brand ambassador. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with C-Level professionals, both internally and externally. The ability to adapt flexibly to new situations, embrace change, and think creatively beyond standard procedures. A willingness to explore the unknown and a commitment to continuous learning, including learning from setbacks. The capability to collaborate with team members from diverse backgrounds and expertise to achieve shared objectives.
