Key Responsibilities

  • Anticipating client requirements and proactively offering tailored media strategies and insights, effectively communicating the rationale behind our recommendations.
  • Contributing to the development of unique and impactful ideas that resonate with our clients' objectives.
  • Overseeing project workflows to guarantee timely delivery of tasks while promoting continuous learning within the team.
  • Monitoring competitor activities within the industry and providing valuable insights to clients.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen working relationships and enhance overall service delivery.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in integrated communications, with a focus on both traditional and digital platforms, and a background in managing international accounts.

Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential, along with a strong team-oriented mindset.

The Client Relationship Manager will ensure exceptional service quality for each client, emphasizing strategic planning. This role requires close collaboration with the Account Team, as well as the Creative, Digital, and Strategy teams to effectively execute campaigns.

The ability to juggle multiple brands and objectives simultaneously while thriving in a collaborative and fast-paced environment is crucial for success in this position.
