Position Overview

The Client Relationship Manager is pivotal in driving business growth by pinpointing expansion prospects, crafting strategic initiatives, and negotiating financial plans with collaborators. By conducting thorough market assessments and competitor analyses, they significantly contribute to the innovation of new offerings. This role encompasses the coordination of customized training sessions, commercial strategies, and the cultivation of partnerships. Furthermore, the Client Relationship Manager is essential in energizing collaborations, tracking business performance, and providing indispensable support to bank insurance experts. Effective teamwork with CACI divisions ensures smooth communication and prompt responses to partner requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development/Prospecting

Identifies and recommends growth opportunities Develops and formulates commercial and strategic leverage plans aligned with established objectives Engages in the creation and negotiation of annual business development strategies and budgets with partners Conducts exploratory market research to uncover development opportunities Collects data on existing contracts and financial arrangements of partners Aids in the presentation and formalization of proposals to potential partners alongside CACI teams Produces reports on activities undertaken and results achieved

Market/Product Monitoring

Plays a crucial role in the new product development process Analyzes competitors, maintaining a continuous strategic overview Identifies distribution channels, partners, and potential service providers

Partner Relationship Management

Manages and enhances the relationship with partners across all collaboration aspects Evaluates partners' regional performance and designs tailored annual training programs Conducts training on processes and products for partner networks and regional managers Proposes commercial strategies to regional areas, managers, and branches Develops and organizes business training schedules, coordinating training sessions with partners Oversees partner performance Monitors business outcomes Advises bank insurance specialists in managing medical subscriptions and ensuring timely customer support post-sale Selects inquiries to facilitate CACI responses as necessary Monitors processes to ensure timely and effective support to the partner network

Training for Distribution Network

Organizes, manages, and coordinates training sessions for partners, adhering to regulatory standards Develops and delivers training materials for various purposes (e.g., launching new products, implementing new regulations) Coordinates and conducts training sessions Collaborates with distributors and external providers to create and deliver online training modules Develops internal reports on the training conducted
