About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Organizing Director to lead our campaigns and operations team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a team of organizers and developing and implementing strategies to achieve our campaign goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Campaign Management:
    • Develop and implement campaign strategies to engage and mobilize communities around reproductive rights and access.
    • Manage a team of organizers to execute campaign plans and achieve goals.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  2. Staff Management:
    • Lead and manage a team of full-time staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating team members.
    • Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
    • Foster a culture of equity and justice within the team.
  3. Tech Project Management:
    • Manage the development and implementation of technology systems to track work and improve efficiency.
  4. Administration:
    • Manage budgets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
    • Oversee payroll and HR processes.
Requirements
  1. Significant experience in campaign management and staff leadership.
  2. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful campaign strategies.
  3. Excellent leadership and management skills, with a focus on equity and justice.
  4. Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel/Sheets.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $72,000-$81,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes unlimited paid vacation and sick leave, generous health, dental, and vision benefits, and a monthly cell phone stipend.
