  • Size the salespersons' customer portfolio according to the potential of the territory, the salesperson's seniority, and historical data.
  • Define revenue objectives and commercial actions for each salesperson to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Support and assist salespeople in customer visits and making offers for complex customers.
  • Monitor the profitability of clients and analyze sales activities and revenue results.
  • Establish relations with operational departments to assess operational coverage and propose actions to improve the service offered to customers.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in sales.
  • Current experience in sales people management.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset.
  • Fluent English (level B2 - Higher Intermediate).
  • Bachelor Degree.
  • Microsoft Office skills (Intermediate/Advanced level in Power Point and Excel).
  • Ability to manage, inspire, and motivate people.
  • Ability to understand opportunities from the customers' point of view and influence their decisions.
  • Excellent Communication and Planning and Organizing skills.
