- Analyze sales and development data to ensure the results assigned to the sales team.
- Size the salespersons' customer portfolio according to the potential of the territory, the salesperson's seniority, and historical data.
- Define revenue objectives and commercial actions for each salesperson to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Support and assist salespeople in customer visits and making offers for complex customers.
- Monitor the profitability of clients and analyze sales activities and revenue results.
- Establish relations with operational departments to assess operational coverage and propose actions to improve the service offered to customers.
- 5+ years' experience in sales.
- Current experience in sales people management.
- Analytical and strategic mindset.
- Fluent English (level B2 - Higher Intermediate).
- Bachelor Degree.
- Microsoft Office skills (Intermediate/Advanced level in Power Point and Excel).
- Ability to manage, inspire, and motivate people.
- Ability to understand opportunities from the customers' point of view and influence their decisions.
- Excellent Communication and Planning and Organizing skills.
