Job Description

As a Night Auditor and ambassador of the Mama brand, you will embody the Mama Spirit while representing the Company. You will be genuine, kind, considerate, courteous, thoughtful, positive, and respectful to all Mama Family Members, guests, vendors, contractors, and anyone within Mama Shelter at any time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet guests, making them feel welcome in their environment.
  • Assign rooms and keys according to hotel policies.
  • Adhere to room rates assigned by the Front Office Manager.
  • Maintain room availability and update records accordingly.
  • Collect and distribute messages for guests.
  • Prepare bills and collect payments for guest stays.
  • Assist in resolving billing discrepancies.
  • Provide information on hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Arrange transportation for guests as needed.
  • Maintain accurate hotel records and run nightly reports when required.
About the Role

The estimated salary for this position is €25,000 - €35,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This figure is based on industry standards and takes into account the requirements of the job, the skills and qualifications needed, and the compensation package offered.

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a keen eye for detail. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask effectively.
