Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering customer-centric technical and operational assistance. Supporting technical transitions and functional modifications, including the development of strategic plans and timeline adjustments.
  • Engaging in post-sales support initiatives and ensuring quality control.
  • Conducting analysis and facilitating alignment of requirements between clients, external service providers, and internal specialists.
  • Preparing and delivering customer presentations, ensuring clear communication and comprehensive reporting.
  • Identifying enhancement opportunities for our service offerings and relaying insights to internal teams.
  • Guaranteeing exceptional end-to-end request management, service quality, and technical assistance across our global product, service, and data offerings.
  • Monitoring inquiries to ensure thorough request handling, timely follow-ups, and escalation when necessary.
  • Providing prompt and high-quality responses to customer inquiries, primarily through our ticketing system, as well as via phone, conference calls, and email.
  • Managing and nurturing the ongoing operational relationship with our key clients.
  • Participating in service discussions and meetings with key clients to uphold and enhance service standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in interviewing, observing, analyzing, and documenting client requirements and technical processes. Skilled in conceptualizing and simplifying complex technical issues.
  • Adept at building strong relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders. Demonstrated customer-centric approach with exceptional communication, listening, and presentation abilities.
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written); proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Expertise in market data consulting and investor protection topics, such as ESG and MiFID. Relevant experience in financial markets.
  • Comprehensive understanding of various financial data asset classes and a passion for continuous learning about financial markets and SIX's products and services.
