La risorsa sarà inserita nell'unità Human Resources & Business Partnering per contribuire alle seguenti attività:

  • Supporto al Responsabile HR&BP di Italgas Reti nella gestione delle attività di gestione del personale su tutto il perimetro della Società, circa 3000 persone in totale;
  • Supporto nella gestione dei rapporti con i Dipendenti delle Direzioni della struttura Italgas Reti al fine di garantire la massima valorizzazione dei dipendenti, agendo in accordo con tutte le unità della Direzione HRO;
  • Supporto nelle attività di HR data analysis (es. ferie, straordinari, turnover, etc.) al fine di tenere costantemente monitorati i principali KPIs HR anche in ottica di business partnering;
  • Supporto nella gestione delle pratiche di mobilità funzionale e geografica e di rotazione del personale;
  • Supporto nella gestione ed implementazione del processo di performance management e della politica retributiva nel rispetto delle linee guida;
  • Supporto nella gestione dei cambiamenti organizzativi;
  • Supporto alle analisi dei fabbisogni occupazionali dell'area di riferimento nel rispetto del budget e del piano industriale;
  • Coinvolgimento all'interno di attività progettuali in ambito HR e/o a supporto della Linea.

Requisiti

  • esperienza di almeno 1-2 anni nella Direzione HR di aziende strutturate, preferibilmente in contesti di cambiamenti culturali e organizzativi;
  • laurea in giurisprudenza, economia, scienze politiche o in materie giuridico-economiche;
  • conoscenza del funzionamento delle organizzazioni aziendali, nonché delle finalità di una gestione del personale che si trova ad operare in ambienti organizzativi differenti e di fronte a cambiamenti strutturali;
  • buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • ottimo utilizzo di strumenti informatici di supporto (Office, Microsoft, etc.);
  • spiccate capacità relazionali;
  • propensione all'ascolto ed al problem solving;
  • proattività e attitudine alla gestione del cambiamento;
  • disponibilità a trasferte / trasferimenti sul territorio nazionale.
