THE ROLE

We are in search of automotive enthusiasts who thrive in hands-on environments for our depot. As a key representative of our company, you will report directly to the Operations Manager, focusing on delivering exceptional service and maintaining our fleet of campervans in optimal condition. You will take charge of all operational issues to ensure the depot runs smoothly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks as per the OEM maintenance schedule.
  • Assist in managing all fleet-related activities in the designated area.
  • Oversee fleet availability and collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to minimize downtime and costs.
  • Assess all fleet damages to manage procedures and determine next steps.
  • Support the Customer Excellence team by providing effective solutions to various fleet-related challenges.
  • Ensure vehicles receive appropriate and timely interventions, keeping the HQ Fleet team updated.
  • Maintain high standards across all fleet-related processes.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least one year of experience in vehicle maintenance or repair, ideally in a rental or automotive repair environment.
  • Availability to work on weekends and holidays.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in English and Italian, along with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
