Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Field Service Engineer to join our team at Honeywell. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining Building Management Systems (BMS) based on our Software EBI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a primary technical resource and customer support for various project and service contract sites.
  • Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment such as building integration equipment, CCTV, and access control systems.
  • Provide technical and product support to internal and external customers.
  • Deliver proactive and measurable outcomes for our customers with a focus on occupant comfort, energy consumption, and building-asset performance utilizing Connected Service technologies and EBI.
  • Install and manage virtual servers, activate and manage simple networks, create views, functions, and stored procedures, and manage large-scale MySQL databases.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' Service/Technical Support experience in Controls/Process Automation or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical diagrams and electrical switching.
  • Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management systems and procedures.
  • Knowledge of Automation/Control systems within buildings (HVAC/Fire/Security), Cyber Security, and IoT (Internet of Things) Technology.
