Job Description

We are seeking a bright and driven Channel Manager to lead partner and channel growth in Italy. This exciting new position will be responsible for generating new business opportunities with channel partners and contributing to an evolving partner strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with partners and internal teams to ensure effective coordination and sales growth.
  • Work closely with local Sales Directors to ensure channel leads are converting and the sales pipeline is growing.
  • Provide regular activity reports, channel information, and forecasting data to the management team.
  • Engage with growing organisations on the VAR and MSP cyber scene to develop new business opportunities.
  • Create strong, long-lasting partnership relationships that drive quick returns on investment.
Requirements
  • A proven sales track record in a partner organisation or channel vendor, with experience in managing relationships with system integrators, resellers, and telcos.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a positive, confident attitude.
  • Highly motivated with a pragmatic business acumen, proficient in problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation.
  • A good understanding of the technology ecosystem and partner landscape.
