We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our team at Brambles Group. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the country's strategy to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee a team of National Account Managers responsible for developing and executing the country's strategy to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Manage a portfolio of existing customers with a revenue stream in the country of over 60M€.
- Responsible for executing CHEP's business strategy and well as developing and implementing specific account plans in the region.
- Execute the growth strategy for CHEP Italy by leading strategic initiatives and directing sales efforts to achieve sustainable business growth across our emerging segment of customers.
- This includes expanding business with existing customers increasing market share and strengthening CHEP's position within the pooling industry.
- Strong analytical skills
- 5+ years' experience in a customer facing, people management roles
- Relevant FMCG Experience a plus
- Proficient use of MS Office
- Experience in Supply Chain Mapping
- Excellent commercial negotiation, communication and presentation skills
- Strong networking, relationship building and inter-personal skills
- Energetic leader, team leader and player, strategic thinker
- Proficiency in English
