Main Purpose of Job

As a key member of the Abbott team, you will lead the TMTI franchise (MitraClip & TriClip) for the assigned Region, driving regional field force team success.

Key Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Division Manager, you will develop and implement strategies for the assigned Region to meet annual sales targets, budget, and market share goals.

You will support the introduction of new SH technologies in the market, leading new therapies adoption and growth.

Coordinate the regional field force team in executing selling processes, clinical activities (including case support and screening), therapy development, and marketing campaigns.

Manage negotiations and tenders, monthly/quarterly forecasts, reporting, market trend, and competitive analysis.

Cultivate relationships with customers, KOLs, and all relevant external stakeholders.

Closely work in cooperation with internal functions (Marketing, Medical Affairs, Health Economics, Tender, Customer Service).

Act in compliance with applicable procedures and policies.

Education Required

10+ years of related work experience.

Skills and Experience

Good knowledge of English (listening and writing).

Presentation Skills.

Building Relationships.

Ethical Conduct.

Results Driven, Strategic Acumen, and People Management.
