Job Title: Commercial Partner Manager

At TecAlliance, we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Partner Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in expanding our partner network, improving commercial oversight, and driving process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expand Partner Network: Identify and acquire new partners, manage relationships within the TecAlliance Partner Program, and foster long-term collaborations.
  • Commercial Oversight: Monitor partner performance, revenues, and costs through regular sessions and feedback collection, ensuring alignment with defined objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the Technical Partner Manager to optimize partner onboarding, concepts, and processes, driving continuous improvement.
  • Training & Development: Conduct sales and support training for partners, ensuring alignment with defined objectives and promoting effective strategies and solutions.
  • Cooperations Management: Oversee long-term cooperations, identify new opportunities, and present new concepts to leadership, driving business growth and development.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration (or similar) with several years of experience in a commercial role.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of German or other European languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Experience in business development, sales, marketing, and understanding IT processes.
  • Strong market knowledge, entrepreneurial mindset, and excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, structured, with a customer-oriented and problem-solving approach.
  • Demonstrated ownership, intercultural skills, and deep understanding of the target market, including its IT infrastructure, trends, and specific needs, to drive effective strategies and solutions.
