The Roofing Inspector/Sales Role

We seek a skilled Roofing Inspector/Sales Representative to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for inspecting, scoping, and estimating roofing damages and repairs while driving sales and building relationships within the industry.

Your primary focus will be on providing detailed assessments and effective solutions for our clients, ensuring high-quality service and fostering new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of roofing systems to identify damage and assess repair needs.
  • Scope out repair work and estimate costs accurately for potential and existing clients.
  • Build and nurture relationships with insurance agents, brokers, adjusters, property managers, and homeowners to expand our customer base.
  • Develop and implement strategies to market our roofing services effectively to potential clients.
  • Represent the company at industry networking events and trade shows to promote our roofing services.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation for job file reviews with clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals and capture market share.
  • Utilize digital media platforms to create and share engaging content about our roofing services.
  • Manage and maintain key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and issue resolution.
