Italian Junior Sales Specialist in Thessaloniki

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Italian Junior Sales Specialist to join our team in Thessaloniki, Greece.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to work with clients, optimizing their sales strategies and driving business growth.

  • Sales Expertise: Provide expert guidance on effective sales strategies to clients, helping them achieve their objectives.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals.
  • Sales Planning: Translate client objectives into successful sales plans, ensuring alignment with their targets.
  • Performance Analytics: Analyze sales data to refine tactics and identify areas for growth.
  • Trend Analysis: Identify market trends and challenges, developing impactful sales initiatives.
  • Reporting: Track key metrics such as sales targets, client satisfaction, and success rates.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Italian (C1/C2 level)
  • Proficiency in English (C1/C2 level)
  • EU citizenship or a Greek residency card
  • At least one year of sales experience
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Possession of a passion for sales and client engagement
