Job Summary:

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth through direct sales outreach, securing new accounts, and maintaining existing relationships. This role requires a result-driven approach to execute tactical sales plans and meet target results in assigned B2B segments.

About the Role:

You will represent Rome Marriott Park Hotel in strategic national and international sales activities, aligning with the commercial plan. A solid network and customer-centric approach are essential for success in this role.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify new or existing markets/accounts that align with our sales strategy
  • Develop a sales action plan to generate business from identified markets/accounts
  • Determine account needs and marketing activities for each assigned market/account
  • Monitor performance of the account portfolio and take corrective actions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Hospitality
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the hotel industry or similar industries, preferably with international brands
  • In possession of a driver's license
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in Italian and English, with a second language preferred
Estimated Salary:

Rome, Italy: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum
