Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Rome. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building out partnerships, fostering existing ones and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to innovate and develop new commercial tactics contributing to the success of our location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BUILD OUT PARTNERSHIPS AND FOSTER EXISTING ONES TO DRIVE REVENUE GROWTH
  • WORK CLOSELY WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS TO INNOVATE AND DEVELOP NEW COMMERCIAL TACTICS
  • IDENTIFY NEW BUSINESS LEADS BY LOOKING AT LOCAL MARKET TRENDS AND COMPETITOR DEVELOPMENTS

We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of work experience in a sales and business development role in the hospitality industry. You should have good knowledge of and a network in the local market/hospitality industry in Rome. You must be fluent in English and Italian, and have excellent problem analysis skills and decision making.
