About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Trainer to join our team in Rome, covering the Centre South Italy region. As a Trainer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training programs to our frontline teams, focusing on product knowledge, sales, and management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement local and global training strategies to drive employee engagement, customer experience, and sales.
  • Deliver in-store training, group sessions, and training-on-the-job on the shop floor to upskill our store teams.
  • Partner with Retail to cascade the Commercial Cycle to shop floor and coach on it.
  • Identify training needs and optimisations by working with retail and office teams, using mystery shopping results and other KPIs.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships at all levels.
About You
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in retail and sales, preferably in a branded retail environment, with a Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
  • Ability to travel 60-80% of working time.
  • Great affinity with cosmetics and a huge passion for the Rituals brand.
  • Perfect and inspiring communication and presentation skills in Italian and English.
  • You are a results-oriented, pragmatic, and structured team player who enjoys making things better every day.
  • Has a proven track record of successfully impacting commercial goals.
  • Knows how to use Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Requirements
  • Full clean driving license and access to own vehicle.
  • Based in Rome or close to Rome.
  • Experience within Retail or Wholesale.
