Senior Niche Brands Sales Manager

We have a wide portfolio of well-known luxury brands across fashion, fragrance, makeup, skincare, and wellness. Puig, a family-owned company with a long-term commitment to our brands and stakeholders, is a major player in the worldwide fashion and beauty industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the management of key clients in the center and south Italy area.
Key Mission: Enhance clients' satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals. The successful candidate will be able to contribute to the strategic development and the design of the channel distribution with a greater focus on the center and south Italy area.
Responsibilities include:
- Management of the assigned Niche clients in the center and south Italy area
- Support and contribution to the implementation of online and offline development plans for the brands in the Niche Portfolio
- Responsibility for the center and south key client's P&L
- Business intelligence support on the market
- Contribution to the strategic development and the design of the channel distribution with a greater focus on the center and south Italy area
- Responsibility of the achievement of the annual budget
We are looking for a candidate with a strong interest for Niche Fragrances and the Beauty market. Required qualifications include:
- At least 5-7 years of experience in a similar role
- Education: Languages: Italian and English are a must (written and spoken)
- French and Spanish will be considered as a plus
