Il Gruppo Digital360 S.p.A. è un leader nel settore della Compliance Solutions e cerca un Key Account Manager per lo sviluppo del business sul segmento delle medie e grandi imprese per le aree Nord e Centro Italia.

Responsabilità principali
  • Garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita per la divisione Compliance Solutions
  • Acquisire nuovi clienti e sviluppare il portafoglio esistente
  • Presidiare l'intero ciclo di vendita: targeting, prospecting, presentazione dell'offerta commerciale, negoziazione e chiusura contrattuale
  • Gestire il rapporto sia con interlocutori C-Level che di divisione (DPO, Privacy Manager ecc.) dei clienti/prospect
  • Collaborare con i Contract Owner di progetto per l'individuazione di nuove opportunità di vendita e sviluppo attraverso cross selling e upselling
  • Presiedere ad eventi tematici organizzati dalla practice Compliance Solutions
  • Gestire il CRM aziendale e l'attività di reportistica settimanale richiesta
Competenze e capacità richieste
  • Predisposizione all'attività commerciale e al lavoro in autonomia a stretto contatto con il cliente
  • Comprovate doti commerciali, date da esperienza di vendita e gestione Clienti
  • Conoscenza del settore della Compliance Solutions e software affini, e comprovato track record dei risultati raggiunti
  • Ottimo standing, elevate doti di comunicazione e capacità relazionali
  • Capacità organizzative, proattività e attitudine a lavorare per obiettivi, individuali e condivisi
  • Completano il profilo ottime doti relazionali, spiccate competenze organizzative e capacità di lavoro in squadra
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office, in particolar modo di MS Excel e MS Power Point
Requisiti
  • Laurea di primo/secondo livello (preferibilmente in economia/ingegneria)
  • Almeno 2 anni di esperienza nel settore (ambito commerciale)
  • Disponibilità a trasferte
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
