We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team in the food ingredients sector. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key accounts and distributors, driving business growth and increasing revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the food ingredients industry, with a proven track record of customer leadership and experience managing relationships with key accounts and distributors. You will be able to stay ahead of market trends, competitive activities, and customer requirements to develop effective sales strategies.

  • This role requires a flexible mindset, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • You will work closely with internal teams, including marketing, production, and technical support, to align goals and ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with a selection of enterprise key accounts, regional accounts, and distributors, understanding their needs, and positioning our solutions to meet their demands.
  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within targeted market segments such as savory sauces & dressings, convenience, soups, cream, dairy desserts, and dry mixes, collaborating with R&D and technical teams to deliver innovation and tailored solutions.
