**Descrizione del Ruolo**
In Gi Group Italia, multinazionale italiana del lavoro e principale realtà che offre servizi e consulenza HR a livello globale, stiamo cercando una figura di Stage HR Compensation & Benefit per il nostro team di Headquarter.
**Responsabilità del Ruolo**
Il candidato ideale avrà la responsabilità di affiancare il collega di riferimento nella gestione dei sistemi incentivanti annuali delle Società del Gruppo.
**Attività Principali**
- Analisi dei sistemi incentivanti annuali;
- Preparazione delle schede bonus;
- Calcolo dei Forecast e Accantonamenti in bilancio;
- Analisi degli scostamenti tra stimato e liquidato.
**Requisiti del Candidato**
Il candidato ideale possiederà una laurea in discipline economiche, una ottima conoscenza di Excel e della lingua inglese (B2). Sarà una persona con forte orientamento al risultato, precisa e discreta, con proattività e buone capacità di lavoro in team.
