As a Revenue Manager at Belmond, you will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue management strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy. This includes analyzing market trends, competitive positioning, and customer segmentation to identify revenue opportunities.

You will conduct daily pick-up analysis, adjust pricing and inventory strategies as necessary, and monitor and manage distribution channels to ensure optimal revenue and rate positioning.

Additionally, you will prepare and present regular revenue performance reports, highlighting key insights and recommendations, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and packages.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of implementing successful revenue management strategies.
  • Proficiency in revenue management software and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
