The Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to manage accounts in the Center & South Area of Italy, focusing on maintaining long-term relationships with customers and maximizing sales opportunities. This role involves achieving sales objectives, ensuring our products are correctly positioned for profitability, and seizing market opportunities through strategic actions.

Key Responsibilities
  • To drive sales and customer satisfaction in the competitive food packaging industry.
  • To utilize account management skills and build strong relationships to achieve sales objectives and ensure our products are effectively positioned in the market.
  • To be the key connection between customers and internal teams, responsible for growing existing business and generating new opportunities.
  • To seize market opportunities and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and negotiation.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off. Based in the Center/South of Italy, this role requires fluency in English and the ability to work well in a team.
