Job Description

The Investment Products Expert plays a crucial role in the Agile organization, responsible for the analysis, management, development, and harmonization of investment products, related services, and distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze customer needs and align the investment product roadmap with strategic goals.
  • Contribute to the investment product implementation and maintenance, from requirements to IT and business impacts on various applications and processes.
  • Identify customer needs, propose solutions, and work with the Squad/Tribe and external stakeholders to deliver results.
  • Translate business requirements into IT requirements, providing necessary information for the development phase.
  • Participate in marketing activities related to product promotion and development.
  • Contribute to solving product-related issues, making decisions, and communicating progress/status clearly.
  • Develop effective working relationships with stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Contribute to squad ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, weekly backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Build reports for department usage and analyze data provided by other Bank departments.
  • Monitor and optimize product processes in collaboration with the Operations area.
  • Define and execute functional tests.
Requirements and Skills
  • Master's degree in Economics or Engineering (a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in similar roles within financial services, preferably with a background in project/product management.
  • Customer-focused, data-driven, and result-oriented approach.
  • Fluent English.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a cross-functional environment.
  • Problem analysis and solving.
  • Teamwork.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to conceive interesting ideas for new content.
  • Digital Retail Banking industry understanding and knowledge of main processes.
