About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive professional to join our team as a Broker Relationship Manager. As a key member of our Distribution team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our market strategy approach in Italy.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Customer Management: Independently manage accounts by coordinating all services, maintaining and enhancing the company's relationships with existing and new clients through proactive and ongoing contact initiatives.
  • Business Development: Identify cross-selling opportunities using industry and customer data analysis, and expand existing accounts by recommending and implementing proper coverage.
  • Knowledge Management: Proactively maintain partnerships with the underwriting department by keeping them informed of pertinent information regarding accounts, and liaise with colleagues to maintain industry knowledge of developing trends regarding underwriting, appetite, and pricing changes.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the insurance industry or proven experience in the insurance sector.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English.
  • Data-driven approach to the market, leveraging technology and data to understand and anticipate customer needs and behaviors.
  • Systematic approach to business and analytical skills in building and executing ad-hoc business plans to deliver market strategy projects.
  • Effective communication and relations skills to interact with C-Level internal and external professionals.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to new circumstances, with a willingness to learn quickly and continuously.
