About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Area Manager to join our Industrial Cooling team at Atlas Copco Italia S.r.l. in Italy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and growing our Process Cooling market share in the assigned area.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow Process Cooling market share in the assigned area
  • Develop relationships with customers, key accounts, and dealers, and create opportunities with new customers and dealers
  • Demonstrate high integrity with a growth mindset
  • Develop technical competence to prepare quotes and promote technically our cooling equipment, focusing on their benefits
  • Use CRM to monitor and follow up projects, keep forecast (monthly and quarterly) & projects reporting updated
  • Provide sales data, monthly reports, and the recording of visit and action reports (including lost order reports) and analysis of sales performance against budgets
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the company to coordinate activities to ensure that sales are obtained and total our goals are met

Requirements
  • Technical background with a passion for sales
  • At least 3 years of experience in an industrial context, preferably in chiller and cooling/process cooling equipment sales (HVAC&R)
  • English knowledge is mandatory
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Cloud for Customer
