Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Area Manager to join our team in Lombardia and surrounding areas. As a Sales Area Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing the Process Cooling market share in the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow Process Cooling market share in the assigned area
  • Develop relationships with customers, key accounts, and dealers to create opportunities with new customers and dealers
  • Demonstrate high integrity and a growth mindset
  • Develop technical competence to prepare quotes and promote technically our cooling equipment, focusing on their benefits
  • Use CRM to monitor and follow up on projects to keep forecast and projects reporting updated
  • Provide sales data, monthly reports, and recording of visit and action reports (including lost order reports) and analysis of sales performance against budgets
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the company to coordinate activities to ensure that sales are obtained and total goals are met

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in an industrial context, preferably in chiller and cooling/process cooling equipment sales (HVAC&R)
  • English knowledge is mandatory
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Cloud for Customer

About You

We are looking for a salesperson who is living in Lombardia region and has a passion for sales. You should be able to demonstrate high integrity and a growth mindset. You should also have experience with CRM systems and be able to use them to monitor and follow up on projects.
