About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at AlfaDocs in Turin. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase the value of our software platform
- Participate in marketing and sales meetings to coordinate campaigns and improve sales strategies
- Provide constructive feedback to improve marketing and sales efforts
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of sales experience
- Affinity for technological and innovative solutions
- Ability to quickly adopt and adapt to new technologies and systems
- Empathy, listening skills, problem-solving aptitude, and stress management
- Excellent communication skills in Italian, fluent in English
- Own a car with a valid driver's license (Class B) - KM reimbursement provided according to ACI rates
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS companies or in a healthcare organization
- Experience with Hubspot
- Door-to-door sales or cold-calling experience
