About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at AlfaDocs in Turin. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase the value of our software platform
  • Participate in marketing and sales meetings to coordinate campaigns and improve sales strategies
  • Provide constructive feedback to improve marketing and sales efforts

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of sales experience
  • Affinity for technological and innovative solutions
  • Ability to quickly adopt and adapt to new technologies and systems
  • Empathy, listening skills, problem-solving aptitude, and stress management
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian, fluent in English
  • Own a car with a valid driver's license (Class B) - KM reimbursement provided according to ACI rates

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS companies or in a healthcare organization
  • Experience with Hubspot
  • Door-to-door sales or cold-calling experience
