As a Product Care Sales Representative, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team, engaging in diverse projects and overseeing the sales of service contract offerings. Your role will involve direct interactions with clients to ensure tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales process for accounts, utilizing our CRM system to reach out to existing clients via phone and email.
- Achieve sales objectives while ensuring accurate forecasting and maintaining updated customer information in the CRM.
- Engage with current clients and qualified leads, guiding them towards the most suitable Illumina service products, and coordinating with internal teams to address inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate effectively with the broader sales team.
- Build and sustain strong, positive relationships with customer accounts, including end-users and purchasing contacts.
- Document and report all activities to management.
- Occasional field visits may be required to advance sales opportunities.
Essential Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and Italian is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in sales, particularly with technical products, is advantageous.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving team sales metrics.
- Detail-oriented and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- A BSc in a relevant scientific discipline is preferred.
