Your Role

You will work in a multi-disciplinary group, collaborating with experts from various backgrounds to carry out research. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support in managing and coordinating work orders and maintenance activities.
  • Assisting in planning design and drawing up time schedules.
  • Managing interference and providing resolution support.
  • Supporting the drafting of technical tender specifications and bills of quantities.
  • Verifying the consistency of projects and preparing technical administrative documents.
  • Controlling and monitoring costs to respect and optimize budgets.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or diploma with a technical focus.
  • Knowledge of building practices and the Procurement Code Legislative Decree 36/23.
  • Excellent knowledge of graphic project drafting applications (Autocad) and bills of quantities.
  • Experience in the field, particularly in research centers.
  • Good knowledge of Project Management software (MS Project) and the English language.
  • Accuracy and good analytical skills.
Additional Skills

It would be beneficial to have:

  • Knowledge and practice of BIM.
  • Experience in support activities for the Sole Project Manager (RUP) and/or project management of works and maintenance contracts.
  • In-depth knowledge of public procurement regulations and legislation.
