Project Manager Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of small to medium-size project activities, ensuring adherence to ABB policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, contract specifications, and schedule commitments throughout all phases.
  • Manage project development from Kick Off Meeting to invoice and cash collection phases, including procurement via SAP, activity planning/co-ordination, and logistic arrangement.
  • Act as a point of reference for the project team during project execution and as a key contact for the Customer and an escalation point for project issues.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal or external stakeholders and effectively communicate with all of them.
  • Manage all required reporting and documentation, ensuring all necessary data is registered in a timely manner in the system.
Requirements
  • Highly skilled in automation/software and Electro-Technical topics.
  • Experience in industrial and real-time processes, particularly in power generation and distribution.
  • Innovative problem-solving skills with a target-oriented mindset.
  • Degree in Naval/Electronic Engineering.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English.
  • Availability to travel worldwide with a short pre-notice.
