About the Role

The Head of EMEA Sales and Marketing is a key position responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share in the EMEA region. As a senior sales leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, identifying new market opportunities, and nurturing relationships with key customers and stakeholders. You will also oversee negotiations and closing complex contracts, recruit and lead a high-performing sales team, monitor and evaluate performance, and provide regular reports to management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute the sales strategy for the EMEA region, aligning it with the company's global objectives.
  2. Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and customer segments to develop.
  3. Nurture relationships with key customers and stakeholders to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  4. Oversee negotiations and closing of strategic and complex contracts.
  5. Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team spread across multiple countries.
