A distinguished pharmaceutical organization with global reach is collaborating with GRS Recruitment to identify a Quality Assurance Lead to enhance their team. If you possess extensive experience in a comparable position within the pharmaceutical industry and are poised to advance your career, GRS is eager to review your application for this role.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Guarantee that the organization's Quality framework adheres to current cGMP standards and applicable regulations.
  • Supervise the execution of the company's documentation framework in accordance with cGMP criteria.
  • Ensure that production, storage, quality assurance, and quality control functions comply with cGMP guidelines.
  • Maintain the quality framework in alignment with new directives and legal stipulations from E.U. regulations.
  • Develop and sustain critical documents such as the Site Master File and Validation Master Plan.
  • Engage in management evaluations to promote ongoing enhancements in process efficiency and product quality.
  • Establish effective communication pathways for escalating quality concerns to management.
  • Define roles for Pharmacovigilance tasks and perform internal audits regularly.
  • Conduct Product Quality Reviews and track essential QA metrics such as complaints and recalls.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 10 years of experience in a similar capacity within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Comprehensive understanding of quality standards such as ICH and WHO guidelines.
  • Acquaintance with EU-cGMP Quality System.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Certification as a Qualified Person in Cyprus or another EU Member State is advantageous.
