The Role
We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team in Milan. In this role, you'll manage and grow relationships with our enterprise-level restaurant partners, understanding their needs, developing tailored solutions, and driving revenue growth for both the partner and Deliveroo.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise-level restaurant partners.
- Understand partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support.
- Analyse data to drive growth and profitability for both your partners and Deliveroo.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised solutions meeting partners' needs.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Act as the main point of contact for partners, addressing issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Your Background
- At least 3 years of experience in account management and/or business development, with previous experience in consulting also considered.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to understand and articulate complex business challenges and develop tailored solutions.
- Must be fluent in Italian and English.

Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. We offer a competitive compensation package, reflecting the level of responsibility and expertise required for this role.
