At art'otel, we're looking for a talented Night Manager to join our team. As a Night Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all front office operations during the night shift. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two nights are ever the same.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front office operations, including guest check-in, check-out, and room allocation.
  • Ensure seamless communication with internal and external guests, including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Proactively upsell and promote hotel services and amenities.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
  • Full FO operations knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, with a third language a plus.
  • Knowledge of PMS Opera preferred.
