At art'otel, we're looking for an exceptional Night Manager to lead our front office operations during the pre-opening phase. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences, efficient operations, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the night front office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Oversee all front office operations, including guest check-in, check-out, and room allocation
  • Manage guest feedback and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
  • Conduct night audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and standards
Requirements:
  • Full FO operations knowledge and experience
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in Italian and English; third language a plus
  • Knowledge of PMS Opera preferred
