Il Senior Service Sales Manager è un professionista che si occupa dello sviluppo commerciale della società attraverso la ricerca di nuovi clienti, la gestione delle attività e delle trattative in fase di gara, nonché di garantire il mantenimento nel tempo del più alto livello di soddisfazione dei clienti.
Responsabilità del Ruolo- Supportare l'Amministratore Delegato nella definizione delle strategie aziendali, del budget, della guida e del controllo del business del Service.
- Attività di ricerca attiva di nuovi potenziali clienti per progetti di ammodernamento e manutenzione impianti.
- Supervisione delle attività di marketing.
- Gestione della documentazione per la partecipazione a gare.
- Predisposizione delle offerte di gara e negoziazione delle offerte.
- Utilizzo di strumenti di calcolo per la preparazione delle offerte.
- Predisposizione di presentazioni e offerte.
- Partecipazione a fiere e conferenze.
- Supporto alla negoziazione e finalizzazione dei contratti.
- Preparazione di comunicazioni interne lato vendite.
- Customer relation management.
- Buona conoscenza del mercato delle energie rinnovabili e dei suoi principali operatori.
- Esperienza di almeno 3-5 anni in almeno uno dei settori: fotovoltaico, eolico, O&M, inverter, monitoraggio.
- Laurea in materie economiche o tecniche, marketing o scienza della comunicazione.
- Capacità di negoziazione.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata.
- Capacità di lavorare per obiettivi.
- Disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte.
