About the Role

The Context Our client, Human Value S.R.L., is a leading global player in the industrial sector, operating with a strong commercial network and a commitment to excellence and innovation.

The Role Reporting directly to the CFO, the Sales Performance Manager will work closely with the Sales Leadership Team to drive revenue growth, optimize pricing strategies, and enhance overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of actual sales performance, including revenues, margins, and profitability by product, region, and customer.
  • Identify opportunities for sales optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement.
  • Manage both Net and Gross Sales to ensure accurate financial reporting and alignment with business goals.
  • Evaluate the impact of new pricing strategies and promotions to maximize sales revenue and profitability.
  • Regularly review product contribution margins and recommend adjustments to improve profitability without compromising sales volumes.
  • Manage the data warehouse to ensure data integrity and compliance with business requirements.
  • Participate in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align supply chain and sales strategies.
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts based on S&OP outcomes, focusing on product-level sales volume projections.

Requirements
  • Degree in Economics or Finance.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Experience in structured, international business contexts.
  • Preferable experience with SAP.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive approach with a focus on process improvement.
  • Excellent command of the English language, essential for communication within the international team.
