Senior Export Manager Food

In Job S.p.A. - Career Center di Verona is seeking a Senior Export Manager Food to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with assigned clients, primarily European retailers and distributors, and ensuring their loyalty.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute sales actions to achieve assigned revenue and margin targets
  • Identify and implement commercial actions to identify new clients and market segments
  • Develop and implement country and channel-specific development plans and strategies
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to define annual sales budgets for assigned clients and monitor their progress
  • Monitor market competition
  • Develop commercial actions to highlight the characteristics of our products to different types of clients
  • Ensure continuous reporting and monitoring of activities and sales in the country/nation

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the role of Export of food products in the international retail channel
  • Experience in the European, US, and Canadian markets
  • Excellent command of English and a second language among German, French, Arabic, Spanish, and Portuguese
  • Availability for business trips
  • Organizational skills, proactivity, flexibility, autonomy, and a results-oriented approach
  • Ability to work in a team and resistance to stress in a complex environment

Job Offer:

  • Contract: indefinite-term direct contract with the Client Company
  • Location: Verona, with the need for relocation to the area
  • Classification to be defined based on the Food Industry Collective Bargaining Agreement
