Team Overview and Job Responsibilities

As a member of the Prysmian Group's HR Workforce Planning & People Analytics team, you will have the opportunity to develop your analytical skills in a dynamic and challenging environment.

You will work closely with the HR and Finance Corporate Functions to deliver planning, reporting, and controlling activities that drive business growth and improvement.

The Role:

  • Prepare monthly HR presentations, HR dashboards, and HR KPIs analysis to support business decision-making;
  • Support the analysis of actual vs. budget discrepancies, consolidating and delivering reporting for global human capital needs;
  • Contribute to the consolidation of regional labor cost and headcount budgets and forecasts, and related reporting;
  • Develop and monitor HR-related Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) KPIs;
  • Support the team in preparing relevant data for the Annual Sustainability Report and updating the Group's SW (Esgeo).

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in engineering or economics;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize and analyze data;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
