Job Description

Intesa Sanpaolo Group, a leading international banking group, is seeking a highly skilled professional to join its team as a Senior Specialist in Identity and Access Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity and business continuity, with a proven track record of implementing and managing identity and access management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design, implement, and integrate monitoring indicators and metrics to ensure the correct functioning of authentication, authorization, and identity management systems.
  2. Collect monitoring metrics, events, and metadata from security systems to feed dashboards, graphs, and incident and log management tools.
  3. Analyze real-time trends and metrics to identify potential issues that may impact system performance.
  4. Perform troubleshooting to identify the root cause of problems with authentication, authorization, and identity management systems and provide technical guidance to prevent future issues.
  5. Understand and interpret data flows managed by applications that interact with identity and access management security solutions.
  6. Develop and update playbooks and best practices to describe key use cases and identify control rules and activities to follow on a daily basis.
  7. Identify and implement automation solutions to reduce manual processes for provisioning and service requests, optimizing and streamlining compliance and remediation activities.
  8. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to resolve security and application incidents.
  9. Coordinate with groups of people, including vendors.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity and/or business continuity.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

The successful candidate will have:

  1. A degree in a scientific field.
  2. Extensive professional experience in managing information system security.
  3. Excellent knowledge of the English language.
  4. Excellent knowledge of ICT, cybersecurity, and networking topics.
  5. Experience with integrating market products.
  6. Experience with using and implementing cybersecurity solutions in the Identity Management, Privileged Access Management, Secret Management/Password Vaulting areas.
  7. Experience with designing and integrating authentication, authorization, and access control systems.
  8. In-depth knowledge of authentication protocols, strong authentication mechanisms, identity federation, and symmetric and asymmetric encryption algorithms.
  9. Experience with managing cloud environments, particularly with SAAS, PAAS, and IAAS solutions.

Possession of advanced knowledge in the following areas of interest and/or specific certifications is a plus:

  1. Risk and compliance.
  2. Data protection.
  3. Vulnerability research and management.
  4. Red/Blue Teaming.
  5. Security Operations Center activities.
  6. Incident response.
  7. Security architecture.
  8. Cloud and multi-cloud architectures.
  9. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, OPST, OPSA, OSCP, OSCE.
