Job Summary:

ArcelorMittal is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the commercialization of Steel Foundation Solutions in Italy. As the Head of Sales and Business Development, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and business development strategy for Steel Foundation Solutions in Italy
  • Lead a small local team and provide guidance and support to ensure successful commercialization of ArcelorMittal Foundation Solutions
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with end-users, engineering companies, and contractors to promote ArcelorMittal Foundation Solutions as the preferred option
  • Provide regular market analysis and reporting to management to inform business decisions
  • Supervise commercial offers and negotiate end sales, as well as provide after-sales support and handle technical-commercial claims

Requirements:

  • University degree in science, preferably civil engineering with a geotechnical background
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a commercial role, preferably in a project-oriented and/or multinational environment
  • Leadership experience and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills, with native Italian language proficiency and fluency in English
