Your Role at NTT DATA

Key Responsibilities

As a pivotal member of our Italian Sales Team, you will assume the role of Client Solutions Sales Leader, reporting directly to the VP of Sales and Sales Operations. This position blends management, sales, coaching, and leadership responsibilities, aimed at empowering your sales team to achieve their designated sales objectives.

In this role, you will be integral to the One NTT organization, playing a crucial part in promoting NTT's value proposition along with our comprehensive services and solutions portfolio to our clientele.

Your Main Duties Include:

Collaborating with the local VP of Sales and key stakeholders to formulate a regional sales strategy that aligns with the overarching organizational sales objectives.Establishing the approach for Client Managers to engage with the market and setting ambitious targets for them to pursue.Ensuring adherence to sales protocols and policies as outlined by the sales leadership.Driving alignment with sales and organizational strategies by developing operational plans and identifying opportunities for continuous enhancement in the sales process.Participating in account planning and supporting Client Managers in qualifying opportunities for significant or complex deals.Working alongside the account team to leverage NTT's capabilities and ensure a superior client satisfaction experience.Acting as a mentor and advisor to assist Client Managers and the entire Sales Team in prioritizing their activities.Taking ultimate responsibility for the accuracy and updates of sales systems, reports, and forecasts.

Qualifications for Success:

A bachelor's or master's degree in economics, technology, or a related field.Extensive relevant experience in a similar capacity within the ICT sector, preferably in system integration.Proven experience in managing and mentoring a sales team.Significant experience in client engagement and interaction with various stakeholders and decision-makers.Able to thrive in a multinational setting.Fluency in English.Proficient in utilizing sales tools such as Salesforce.Strong business acumen.Exceptional skills in motivating teams and managing complex negotiations.
